Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products due to change of mind, so please choose your layers of love carefully!

If you receive a faulty product, let us know and you will be offered an exchange or refund, all shipping & handling fees will be covered by us.

When purchasing, you are agreeing to follow our care instructions. Any damage to the jewellery due to not following these instructions falls into the responsibility of the purchasing customer. Read the jewellery care instructions in 'Jewellery Care'.

Delivery

We will always strive to have your items sent as efficiently as possible. However, once the order is with shipping couriers we no longer have control over possible delivery delays.

We will not replace packages stolen or lost in transit so please track your package and choose your delivery location wisely.

We are currently only shipping within Australia, however international shipping is on the cards for the future of Aurum & I.
